Dear Students,

in the period from 15 to 19 June 2026, the elections for the student council (StuRa), the doctoral students' representation, the faculty student councils of the faculties EI, IA, MB, MN and WM as well as the student representatives in the faculty councils, in the equal opportunities council, the senate of the TU Ilmenau and in the institute council of physics will take place at the TU Ilmenau on the basis of the Thuringian Higher Education Act and the election regulations of the student body adopted in June 2021 by the student council of the TU Ilmenau in the second amendment version.

  • Submission of election proposals: from Monday, 18 May , until Friday, 29  May 2026, 2 p.m. to the Election Commission by e-mail to wahlen@stura.tu-ilmenau.de or by post to the election management (Student Council of the TU Ilmenau, Max-Planck-Ring 7, 98693 Ilmenau).

  • The forms for election proposals are available in the StuRa office and can be found at wahlen.stura-ilmenau.de.

  • Publication of election proposals: as of Monday, 08.06.2025

  • Inspection of the electoral rolls: On weekdays from Friday, 22.05. to Friday, 05.06.2026 at the StuRa office H1548. The times can be found on our website stura.eu/elections.

The polling stations will be announced in time at stura.eu/wahlen.

Current notices and decisions of the Election Commission are posted on the website stura.eu/wahlen. The Election Commission consists of Anne Zerbst, Tobias Borrmann, Luis Müller and Levke Schinkel as advisory member.
